The New Ultra HD Service from Sky
Sky's new Ultra HD Service is almost a year old and it has been a rocky road and a launch that, although common for new generation technology, is arguably gaining more attention as one of the biggest providers of TV in the UK.
Well, we have now had the new generation box for a few months now and are getting used to the new interface and features of this 'fluid viewing' device.
Ok folks, three months in and 'Houston, we have a problem!' In fact several problems. They say, all that glitters is not gold, and we are finding out that the new generation is not without issues.
Not all that's new is good! We think that Sky have missed a trick in some key areas by not including some features and also adding some that are well, just a little bit annoying.
